The Victoria Room proudly represents the mountain and the queen it is named 
  after: grand, classic and of infinite surprise. Retreat to this oasis from a 
  bygone era where the brilliant blue of Lake Louise stretches out below. 
From the table-to-ceiling windows you can look out on a lovely patchwork quilt 
  view of multi-colored flowers and strolling visitors. The interior vistas in 
  this European-styled ballroom are just as fascinating as those outdoors.
Dine surrounded by massive stone fireplaces, glowing chandeliers and folksy 
  alpine portraits at the end of every beam. Imagine brunch buffet tables covered 
  with a lavish selection of hot and cold specialties - dishes like shrimp, sirloin 
  of beef and an entire garden of salads. 
Peruse an a la carte dinner menu that offers an appealing mix of familiarity 
  and surprise. Appetizers include Smoked Salmon and Venison Carpaccio. Main courses 
  range from Prime Rib with Yorkshire pudding to the freshest fish. To satisfy 
  the sweet tooth, you'll find a selection of delicious, inventive concoctions 
  like Blueberry Brioche Pudding.
